Free Sale Legal Fees: Included in the price is the fees and disbursements relating to the sale of the property only and does not include the costs of any onwards purchase. We offer a discounted Purchase Legal Fee which is £900 gross (standard fee £1,000 less a 10% discount) disbursements are payable on all purchase legal work and paid by the buyer not by us. Our fee only covers the costs of using Sort Legal Limited, we do no offer free legals for any other firm nor do we offer a cash equivalent. You must use Sort Legal Limited if you want free sale legals, if you chose to use your own legal provider you do so at your own cost and we will not reduce our fee.
Free Mortgage Advice: Our free mortgage advice is provided by Hello Mortgage which is a trading style of MyInfinity Finance Limited. We do not cover the fees of any other mortgage broker apart from those of MyInfinity Finance Limited. If you chose to use your own mortgage broker or law firm, we will not reduce or fee and any costs incurred with the alternative providers will be payable by you.
